Julie London 'November Twilight'
Just wondering how many songs use the months of the year in their titles. Here goes. June In January (Bing Crosby), February Brings The Rain (Julie London), Melancholy March, (Julie London), April Love (Pat Boone), April In Portugal (Les Baxter) and First Of May (Bee Gees).

Then there's June Is Busting Out All Over, (Rodgers/Hammerstein), July Morning (Uriah Heep), August, October (Robin Gibb), September In The Rain (Frank Sinatra, Carole King) September Morn (Neil Diamond), This October (Julie London), November Twilight (Julie London), I Can See The Sun In Late December (Stevie Wonder).

From a simple survey I made, Julie London hit the headlines singing seven pop evergreens with calendar months in them. I wonder why? Do you know what they are? Let me know. Four of them are up there. What are the other three titles?

So there. All calendar months are featured in pop songs of the past. Most of them are still playing over the radio today. But they were on Rediffusion and in cabarets and hotel nightspots during the 60s and available on vinyl too.
